Autumn holidays in Lynæs

Fall break is just around the corner, and here at Lynæs , we’re turning up the coziness! From October 10 through 18, you can look forward to a sauna session with a view of the fjord, the last party of the year at Strandbaren, and a culinary tour of Halsnæs at Madbaren. Of course, Strandbaren will be open all week with fresh-baked bread, hot coffee, and a great atmosphere. We look forward to seeing you!

 

FALL BREAK

 

SAUNAGUS

Take a warm break from the autumn winds and join us for a sauna session with a view of Lynæs Strand. Mark will guide you through three warm rounds with essential oils, and during the breaks, you can jump into the fjord or dip into the cold tubs.

Saturday and Sunday at 10:30 a.m. – October 10, 11, 17, and 18
Wednesday, October 14, at 7:30 p.m. – evening service

THE BEACH BAR'S LAST PARTY OF THE YEAR ON OCTOBER 17
It’s Strandbaren’s last party of the year! Come help us drain the taps while we turn up the music a little extra. There will be great deals at the bar and plenty of fun before we close the canopy for the winter. Stop by anytime throughout the day—there will be great deals starting at 6:00 p.m.

Note: Strandbaren will remain open on weekends throughout the winter, but starting October 19, we will close at 6:00 p.m.

MADBAREN – KAP HALSNÆS

During the fall break, Madbaren is switching up its menu with “Kap Halsnæs” —the annual food festival that takes you on a culinary journey around Halsnæs from October 9 to 18. You’ll enjoy a four-course meal featuring ingredients from local producers such as Tothaven, Sølager, and Lerbjerggård for just 295 DKK per person. A vegetarian option is also available.

STRANDBAREN & THE BAKERY IS OPEN ALL WEEK – LAST CHANCE FOR BURGERS!

Strandbaren We're open all week! Stop by for coffee and freshly baked sourdough bread and pastries starting at 8 a.m., and stick around for lunch.

This is absolutely your last chance to enjoy burgers before we switch to our winter menu. So stop by for one last feast before we take a break from the burger menu until Easter.

You can pre-order baked goods to take home for your fall break here—that way, you won't go away empty-handed!

ACCOMMODATION

Our surf camp is fully booked for the fall break—but there’s still room in our cabins at Lynæs Harbor! The cabins are a cozy and budget-friendly alternative with heating, self-check-in, and the harbor right outside your door. Prices start at 595 per night, and you can add breakfast at Strandbaren.
