Folkeklubben at Live in Lynæs July 17!
Over the past 15 years, Folkeklubben has played its way from the smallest to the largest stages and festival venues across the country
.
Always with music as the natural focus and a unique ability to write about the times we live in
in a way that brings people together. After each concert and release, more listeners and new members have joined
the now large club.
When the club hits the Danish festival scene in the summer of 2026, it will be after a long break from
the stage. And they will return stronger than ever with the critically acclaimed album 'Mere end en
klub' (More than a club) and, not least, with their six-album back catalog, which embraces generations of all ages: From
Suspekt's audience and the song "Danmark" to the folk high school songbook and "Fedterøv" to X-Factor and "Sort
Tulipan." A poetic, guitar-driven rock festival that does not deny its heritage to Gasolin and CV Jørgensen.
The lineup for Folkeklubben is, as always, Kjartan Arngrim (guitar/vocals), Rasmus Dall (guitar/backing vocals), and
Rasmus Jusjong (drums/keys/backing vocals). For live performances, the original lineup is expanded to include bassist Mark Kühn
(bass/backing vocals).
