Located right by Lynæs Harbour, our meeting rooms – both large and small – can be tailored to suit your needs, offering a peaceful and nature-filled atmosphere.
We’ll take care of the refreshments, allowing you to relax and focus on your agenda.
If you're looking to spice up your day and get active, we offer a variety of activities on land and water to kick off or wrap up your day.
HALF-DAY MEETING
Private room for up to 4 hours (must be between 08-16)
The short meeting is for those who just need a couple of hours to discuss big and small matters. We’ll serve a delicious breakfast or lunch on the terrace, weather permitting, where you can enjoy the view over Lynæs Harbour or at the Surfcenter.
- Breakfast (homemade sourdough bread with cheese and jam or croissant & fruit) or Lunch with a soft drink
- Coffee/tea & ice water all day
- Optional add-on – Afternoon snack
- 70" screen – HDMI connection for presentations

FULL-DAY MEETING
Private room for up to 8 hours (8:00 - 16:00)
Are you ready for a day with a full agenda? We will, of course, make sure you have a good breakfast and plenty of coffee to get you ready to tackle the day. A delicious sandwich will be served for lunch, and an afternoon snack will be provided when you need a little energy boost.
- Breakfast - Homemade sourdough bread with cheese and jam or croissant & fruit
- Coffee/tea & ice water all day
- Sandwich with a soft drink for lunch - (Upgrade to the large lunch buffet +120 DKK per person)
