At Lynæs Madbar , we’re setting the stage for this year’s 2026 Christmas get-together, with a focus on spending time together and good conversation. Gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a cozy get-together!

You can make a reservation at Madbaren Thursday through Sunday, when we’re serving a Christmas menu à la Lynæs Madbar ! Our Christmas menu is available from November 19 through December 30.

You can combine your Christmas dinners with a trip to the sauna or an overnight stay at a surf shack

CHRISTMAS MENU

We've put together a menu of dishes that we ourselves would love to be served at a Christmas dinner or Christmas party. The menu consists of 4 courses and costs 345 per person.

Marinated olives with orange, cloves, anise, and rosemary
Baccala (cod) with lemon // straciatella with balsamic vinegar and Christmas salad // Pork croquette* on a bed of cream
Gnocchi with confit duck*, lingonberries, kale, celeriac, and a Coite di Jura sauce
Creamy risalamande with cherry compote, cherry syrup, and puffed rice

The meal is served family-style, meaning it's shared among everyone at the table. Minimum of two people.
